
Kochi: Mathrubhumi Weekly Vishu Special Edition literary competition’s second runner up has been presented with the prize. Koothattukulam native Amal Surendran won the third prize in the competition held in 2020.
Amal Surendran won the prize in short story category of the contest. His story titled ‘Charasandhi’ won the prize. The first prize winner was already presented with the prize.
Unit manager P Sindhu handed over the prize to the winner at Mathrubhumi office in Manjummel. A panel of jury headed by writer MT Vasudevan Nair selected the winners.
