The latest crime thriller 'Rest in Peace' penned by young crime writer Lajo Jose was released by noted writer G R Indugopan via online. The book release was held online due to the restrictions to prevent COVID-19 transmission.

The novel published by Mathrubhumi Books during the beginning of July is receiving stunning response from the readers. Within a few days of publishing, the second edition of the novel was released.

'Rest in Peace' is the latest book by Lajo Jose after 'Coffee House', 'Hydrangea' and 'Ruthinte Lokam'. It is written in the sub-genre called Cozy Mystery. Trailer and character posters of the novel was released earlier, which is a new trend in Malayalam.
