Veterinary Council of India (VCI), a Statutory Body of the Ministry of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairying, Government of India; 'A' Wing, 2" Floor, August Kranti Bhawan, Bhikaji Coma Place, New Delhi, has announced that the Online Registration for VCI counselling for admission to B.V.Sc.&A.H course under 15% All India Quota in the recognized Veterinary Colleges for the academic year 2025-26 will commence on 8th October, 2025.

The counselling and allotment of seats will be online and based on the Qualified merit list in the National Eligibility cum-Entrance Test (NEET-UG-2025).

The list of Veterinary Colleges, seat matrix, counselling schedule, registration fee, Information Bulletin etc. will be available at https://vci.admissions.nic.in/ & www.vci.dahd.gov.in in due course.

Round 1 activities will commence on 8th October 2025. Registration/ Payment of fees can be done from 11:00 hrs on 8th October,2025 till 23:55 hrs on 13th October,2025.

Facility for Choice filling/locking will be available from 11:00 hrs on 9th October,2025 to 23:55 hrs on 13th October,2025.

Result of Round 1 will be announced on 15th October, 2025.

Reporting at the respective college may be done during 15th October, 2025 to 21st October, 2025.

Round 2 activities will commence on 22nd October 2025. Registration/Payment of fees/ Choice filling/locking can be done from 11:00 hrs on 22nd October,2025 till 23:55 hrs on 23rd October,2025.

Result of Round 2 will be announced on 25th October,2025. Reporting at the respective college may be done during 25th October, 2025 to 30th October, 2025.

Stray round counseling will be conducted for allotment of vacant seats if any, after the completion of Round 2.

The details of vacant seats available for Stray Round counseling will be notified on the VCI Counselling Portal.

There will be no fresh Registration fee but payment of Stray Round fees will be of Rupees 50,000/- for General/OBC/EWS and Rs. 25,000/- for SC/ST/PH candidates.

Those who are allotted seats Round 1 & Round 2 (reported or not reported to respective college in) will not be eligible for Stray Round admission. Other terms and conditions related to Stray Round may be seen in the Information Bulletin that would be made available at the website.

Stray round activities will commence on 31st October 2025.

Schedule of activities of stray round is given in the Counseling Schedule for 2025-26 at https://vci.admissions.nic.in/

Stray round result will be announced on 5th November 2025. Reporting at the respective college may be done during 5th November, 2025 to 10th November, 2025.

Choice Locking facility will be available from 4 pm to 11.55 pm of the Last day of Registration for respective Rounds.

Registration for all round will closed at 11.55 pm as per Server timings.
