Veterinary Council of India has announced 176 vacancies for the Stray Round of B.V.Sc & A.H admissions 2025–26. Apply by November 3.

A total of 176 vacancies exist for the Stray Vacancy round of 15% VCI Quota Counselling for admission to the B.V.Sc & A.H Degree Course for 2025-26.
Veterinary Council of India (VCI) has published the vacancy position for the Stray round across the colleges and categories participating in the counselling, at https://vci.admissions.nic.in/.
There will be no fresh Registration for the Stray Round. Those who had registered for Round 1 and Round 2 but have not been allotted any seat are eligible to participate in the Stray round by paying the Stray Round Participation Fee and filing new choices.
Stray Round Participation Fee is Rs 50,000/- (Rs. 25,000/- for SC/ST/PH/ Transgender categories). The payment of participation fees for the Stray round shall be made only through Net banking/Debit/Credit Card.
The Stray Round participation fee shall be forfeited in case of those who fail to report/take admission in the College, in case a seat is allotted in the Stray Round.
The Stray Round fees shall be refunded to all such candidates who are not allotted any seat and those who have reported and taken admission against the allotted seats in this round within the specified time. The fee paid for appearing in the Stray round will be refunded to the same account from which the amount has been received after completion of counselling.
Those who are allotted seats in Round 1 and Round 2 will not be eligible for Stray Round admission, irrespective of whether they have reported or not reported to the respective college.
Stray round activities, including Payment of Participation fee, Choice filling and seat locking, can be completed by eligible candidates by 10 am on November 3, 2025.
The stray round result will be announced on November 5, 2025. Reporting at the respective college may be done from November 5, 2025, to 10th November 2025.
