NTA releases CUET PG 2026 subject wise schedule; exams begin March 6 in CBT mode.

National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the Subject-wise Schedule of Common University Entrance Test Post Graduate [CUET (PG)] 2026.
The exam will be conducted in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode, in 2-3 shifts per day, on 06, 07, 08, 09, 10, 11, 12, 13, 16, 17, 18, 19, 24, 25 and 27 March 2026, across 44 shifts of 90 minutes each.
The examination will be conducted for 157 subjects for 4,11,366 unique registered candidates, who were allowed to choose up to four test papers/subjects, in line with previous years.
The detailed schedule/ date-sheet for the CUET (PG) - 2026 is given in Annexure 1 of the Public Notice dated 14.2.2026 available at https://exams.nta.nic.in/cuet-pg/
Candidates and concerned stakeholders may take note of the schedule and make necessary preparations accordingly.
The registration process for CUET (PG) - 2026 for the Academic Year 2026-27 was open from 14 December 2025 to 25 January 2026, followed by a correction window from 28 to 30 January 2025 for necessary modifications.
The medium of the Question Paper for the CUET (PG) - 2026 will be English and Hindi (Bilingual) except for the 41 language papers.
M. Tech./Higher Sciences papers will be in English only.
Acharya Papers will be in Sanskrit only, except for Indian Knowledge System and Baudha Darshana, which will be Trilingual (Hindi/ Sanskrit/ English).
Hindu Studies, will be in Hindi and English.
The City Intimation Slip will be available on https://exams.nta.nic.in/cuet-pg/ approximately ten days prior to the examination date.
