Kerala’s CEE has released the First Phase Allotment for LLM 2025 admissions, with reporting deadlines

The Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala, has published the First Phase Centralized Allotment (CAP) for admission to the LLM course in Government Law Colleges and Private Self-financing Law Colleges which have entered into a seat-sharing agreement with the State Government for the year 2025-26 at www.cee.kerala.gov.in.
The final allotment list has been published after addressing the valid complaints received from candidates regarding the first-phase provisional allotment list published on 19.11.2025.
Candidates can access their homepage by entering their application number and password in the ‘LLM 2025-Candidate Portal’ provided on the website. Then by clicking the menu ‘Allotment Result’, candidates can download their allotment memo. The details, such as the candidate's name, roll number, allotment details, tuition fees, etc., are available in the allotment memo. The candidate should take a printout of the allotment memo. Candidates can click the menu ‘Data Sheet’ for downloading the data sheet.
Candidates who have received an allotment should report for admission to the principal of the allotted college on any date between 25.11.2025 and 3 pm on 06.12.2025, along with the allotment memo and original documents specified in Clause 19 of the Prospectus.
They should remit the complete fees as per government orders to the allotted college at the time of admission. Candidates will be liable to pay the fees at the revised rate as and when the fee for the academic year 2025-26 in the Government Law colleges is revised by the Government. Candidates belonging to SC/ST/OEC/other categories mentioned in the notification are exempted from remitting tuition fees.
Candidates who do not join the college during the specified time will lose their present allotment and also the higher-order options. Their existing options will not be considered for further allotments, if any.
