Kerala CEE published PG Medical 2025-26 defective list for applicants with document deficiencies. Rectify issues by 27.10.2025 via candidate portal. No further chances.

Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE) Kerala, Thiruvananthapuram-695 001, has published the list of applicants who have applied for admission to PG Medical Courses for the academic year 2025–26, and who have deficiencies in their documents related to reservation categories (including NRI), at www.cee.kerala.gov.in.
The list can be accessed by clicking the link titled ‘Defective List’ available on the website.
To rectify these deficiencies, candidates must log in to the ‘PG Medical 2025 Candidate Portal’ using their application number and password.
On their profile page, candidates can view the details of the defects under the ‘Memo Details’ menu.
Those who have defects may upload the necessary documents online to rectify these defects by 5 pm on 27.10.2025.
No further opportunity will be given for correction.
Candidates who fail to rectify the defects in their Nativity documents within the stipulated time will not be considered for any reservation benefits, irrespective of having uploaded valid documents for reservation claims.
