The allotted candidates who do not take admission in the respective college before the time specified will lose their present allotment. The registration fee of those candidates who do not join the course if allotted through the third round will be treated as a penalty and will not be refunded.

Any candidate who is allotted a seat in this phase or any subsequent Stray Vacancy Filling Allotments, irrespective of whether he/she joins or does not join the allotted seat, will not be further considered in the subsequent allotments.

Candidates who have already been admitted to the PG Homeopathy Course will lose the existing admission if they get an allotment in this phase.

Surrender of seats after the third round will not be permitted.

Candidates who have claimed SC/ST reservation and whose caste status is under scrutiny by KIRTADS have been provisionally considered for allotment. The allotment/admission, if any, of such candidates shall be purely provisional and subject to final verification of their caste status.
