Kerala’s CEE has opened option registration for 2025 B.Pharm Lateral Entry admissions through its online portal

The Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala, has commenced the Centralised Allotment Process for admission to B.Pharm (Lateral Entry) in pharmacy colleges of the state for the year 2025.
Allotment will be made to 5 government pharmacy colleges and 57 private self-financing pharmacy colleges. The list of Colleges is given in the Notification at www.cee.kerala.gov.in
Candidates can register their options online through the website www.cee.kerala.gov.in till 3 pm on 08.12.2025. Candidates may enter their application number & password in the link ‘B.Pharm (LE) 2025- Candidate Portal’ provided in the above website to log on to their home page. Then by clicking the menu ‘Option Registration,’ candidates can register their options online.
Option Registration Fee: Those candidates who wish to register options will have to first remit a registration fee of Rs. 2,000/- to the CEE. The registration fee will be adjusted in the tuition fee of those candidates who take admission consequent on allotments. Candidates belonging to the SC/ST/OEC category and those having benefits as per G.O. (Ms) No. 25/2005/SCSTDD Dated 20.06.2005 and G.O (Ms)No. 10/2014/BCDD Dated 23.05.2014 and those candidates from Juvenile Home, Nirbhaya Home, Sree Chithra Home will have to remit Rs.500/- as Registration Fee. The Registration Fee of such candidates who take admission in the allotted college/course will be adjusted in the caution deposit.
The registration fee of those candidates who do not get allotment will be refunded. The registration Fee of those candidates who do not take admission will be treated as penalty and will not be refunded. Registration Fees can be remitted by way of online payment.
Candidates who fail to register their options online will not be considered for allotment. No fresh option registration will be permitted in the second phase. Only option confirmation will be available in Phase 2. Options submitted to the CEE by fax, post, or hand delivery will not be processed or considered for seat allotment under any circumstances. No extension of time will be granted for registering options. Candidates should give options only to those colleges where they wish to join, if allotted.
Provisional allotment will be published on 08.12.2025 and final allotment on 10.12.2025.
Those getting allotments should join the allotted colleges between 11.12.2025 and 4 pm on 15.12.2025 (excluding holidays).
Option Confirmation for Second Phase Allotment will start on 16.12.2025.
The annual tuition fee in government pharmacy colleges is Rs. 17370/-. The fee structure for the Private Self-Financing Pharmacy College for 2025-26 admission fixed by the Fee Regulatory Committee is provided on the website. The annual tuition fees in self-financing pharmacy colleges are provisional and will be subject to the final decision of the government.
The annual tuition fee, other fees, and the deposits (if applicable) should be remitted to the allotted colleges at the time of admission. SC/ST/OEC/Children of Fisherman/inmates of Sri Chithra Home, Nirbhaya Home and Juvenile Home candidates are exempted from payment of fees.
Candidates who receive allotment should have attained the eligibility for admission as per Clause 4 of the Prospectus at the time of admission. Candidates who do not take admission within the specified time shall lose their allotment as well as all the options. Those candidates whose results have been withheld due to defects in their uploaded certificates can also register options online. But the online options of such candidates will be considered for allotment only if they clear their defects by uploading the required certificate through the website www.cee.kerala.gov.in a day prior to the last date fixed for option registration.

The provisional seat matrix (subject to Government Orders) has been published in the website.
