Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE) Kerala, Thiruvananthapuram-695 001, has commenced the activities related to the Centralised Allotment Process for admission to LL.M. Courses in Government and Private Self-financing Law Colleges of the State, which have entered into a sharing agreement with the Government for the academic year 2025-26.

There are 4 Government Law Colleges and 18 Self-financing Law Colleges included in the process. The list of Colleges is given in the Notification at www.cee.kerala.gov.in. Allotment to these colleges shall be subject to the final order/affiliation/approval of the Govt/University concerned.

All Candidates who have been included in the rank list for admission to LLM Courses 2025 can register their options online through the website www.cee.kerala.gov.in. Candidates can enter their Application Number & Password in the link ‘LL.M 2025 - Candidate Portal’ provided at www.cee.kerala.gov.in to log on to their home page.

Option Registration Fee: Those candidates who wish to register options will have to remit registration fees of Rs. 2000/- to the CEE. Those belonging to the SC/ST/OEC category are eligible for benefits as per the specified Govt. Orders/other categories mentioned in the Notification will have to remit Rs 500/- as Registration Fee. Registration fee can be remitted online.

After payment of the Registration fee, candidates may click the menu ‘Option Registration’ to register their options online, latest by 3 pm on 17.11.2025. Candidates should file options for the courses/colleges to which they are sure to join and continue studies if allotted, at the time of registration of options.

Candidates who fail to register their options online will not be considered for allotment. Options forwarded to the CEE by Email/Fax/Post,/Hand delivery will not be processed or considered for allotment of seats.

Allotment will be based on the rank list, category list and online options received within the stipulated time. The Allotment and Institution Joining Schedule will be notified later. Candidates who receive allotment should have attained the eligibility for admission as per Clause 9 of the Prospectus at the time of admission. Annual Tuition Fee, Deposit amount, and other fees for the LL.M. courses should be remitted in the allotted colleges at the time of admission.

Fee: The fee for the academic year 2025-26 is not yet fixed. So, candidates shall pay the fee fixed for the year 2024-25 and will be liable to pay the balance fee if the fee to be fixed for the academic year 2025-26 is higher than that of 2024-25. Fee for 2024-25 is as follows: (i) Government Law Colleges - Annual Tuition Fee - Rs 3780/-, (ii) Private Self Financing Law College (Govt. Seats)- Annual Tuition Fee - Rs. 30,000/-, Caution Deposit - Rs. 10,000/-

Candidates who do not take admission within the specified dates will lose their allotment as well as their higher options. They will not be eligible for future online allotments, if any, under the centralised Allotment Process (CAP).

The registration fee of those candidates who do not get allotment will be refunded. If a candidate gets allotment and does not join within the stipulated time, the option registration fee will be considered as a penalty and will not be refunded. The registration fee of the candidates who quit the seats after taking admission will be considered as a penalty and will not be refunded. Refund of the option registration fee for the eligible candidates will be made only after the completion of the allotment process, and it will be notified.

Candidates whose results in the rank list have been withheld due to defects in Nationality, Nativity, can also register their online options for allotment. But the options submitted by such candidates will not be considered for allotment unless they upload the required documents through the Candidate portal before 2 pm on 15.11.2025, to clear the defects and release their ranks.
