If vacancies exist or arise after the first round of stray vacancy seat allotment, they will be filled through a Second Round Stray Vacancy Filling Allotment

The Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala, Thiruvananthapuram–695 001, has published the First Round Provisional Stray Vacancy Allotment List for admission to LLM courses for the academic year 2025–26 in Government and Private Self-Financing Law Colleges. The allotment list is available on the official website, www.cee.kerala.gov.in.
The allotment has been prepared based on the LLM rank list published by CEE and the online options registered by candidates from December 27, 2025, to 3 pm on December 30, 2025. The online options submitted by candidates whose results have been withheld have not been considered for allotment.
The provisional allotment list can be accessed on the CEE website. Any discrepancies in the allotment list should be reported to CEE by 2 pm on December 31, 2025, through the email ID ceekinfo.cee@kerala.gov.in. The final allotment will be published after addressing any complaints received.
Seats allotted through stray vacancy allotments cannot be changed. Candidates who are allotted seats in the vacant seat allotment or stray vacancy seat allotments, irrespective of their admission status, will not be eligible for any subsequent allotments. Candidates who already have an admission will not be considered for stray vacancy or college-level allotments, even if they have registered options during this phase.
If vacancies exist or arise after the first round of stray vacancy seat allotment, they will be filled through a Second Round Stray Vacancy Filling Allotment. For subsequent stray vacancy rounds, the options registered during the First Round Stray Vacancy Seat Allotment will not be considered. Candidates who vacated their seats after 2 pm on December 22, 2025, will not be eligible for stray vacancy round allotments, even if they have registered options in this phase.
All allotments are subject to the final orders, affiliation, and approval of the concerned Government or University.
Candidates who have claimed SC/ST reservation and whose caste status is under scrutiny by KIRTADS have been provisionally considered for allotment. Any allotment or admission of such candidates will remain provisional and subject to final verification of their caste status.
