The Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE) Kerala had initiated steps to refund the amounts due to students of KEAM 2023, who are eligible for refund on closing of admissions for 2023, through bank account of students. 

Now students eligible for refund, but have not yet uploaded their account details, as well as those who have not received refund due to incorrect account details in connection with KEAM 2023 are given opportunity to submit bank account details online.

The list of students eligible for refund is published at www.cee.kerala.gov.in  

Students who are eligible to get refund should apply at www.cee.kerala.gov.in by opening the link ‘KEAM 2023 Candidate Portal' after entering the application number and password. 

The bank account details should be submitted online by 5 pm on 19.05.2024, by clicking the menu 'Submit Bank Account Details'. 

After ensuring the correctness of the bank account details, applicant should click on the 'Submit' button and then click the 'Print Bank Details' button and take a printout from the website of the slip containing the bank account details provided online. Students should keep this printout for future reference. 

If the student is eligible for refund, the amount will be credited to the bank account submitted online. 

The bank account provided by the student should be in the name of the student or the parent. Refund will be made to savings bank account only. Refund will not be provided to Zero Balance Account, Basic Savings Account, Tiny Account or Popular Account. No refund will be given to NRI account. 

CEE has also informed that CEE shall not be responsible for any non-receipt of refund amount due to wrong entry of information. 

The amount of those, who do not provide correct account information within the stipulated time, will be credited to the government revenue head without further notice.
