Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE) Kerala, Thiruvananthapuram-695 001 has resumed option registration/deletion/re-arrangement facility for BDS along with option registration facility for MBBS for Special Stray Vacancy filling round for admission to MBBS/BDS Courses-2025.

In continuation of CEE office notification dated 18.12.2025, the facility for these activities will be available at www.cee.kerala.gov.in till 11.59 pm on 23.12.2025.

Those who have not yet registered any options can register options for BDS/MBBS courses and those who have already registered options for BDS can rearrange/delete existing options, if required. Options already registered for Century Dental College will not be available during this phase. Vacancies in MBBS/BDS courses that have arisen in various Self Financing Colleges after Stray Vacancy filling allotment will be filled up through this phase.

Those candidates who wish to register options will have to pay registration fee to the CEE as detailed in the Notification. Candidates can register options only after paying the applicable Registration fee.

Candidates, can register options through www.cee.kerala.gov.in by clicking ‘Option Registration’ link available in the Home page. Since the probable vacancies that may arise during the course of the vacancy filling allotment have to be filled, candidates shall give options to all colleges and courses in which they wish to study for the course. Unallotted category seats still existing will be converted during this phase as per existing prospectus conditions. Candidates should give options only to the courses and colleges where they want to study if they get an allotment.

Candidates who got allotted in MBBS/BDS courses in third phase/stray phase allotment, Candidates who are still continuing in admitted status consequent on previous MBBS/BDS allotments (Phase I/II/III & Stray Phase), those candidates who vacated the seat after 5 pm on 28.10.2025, are not eligible for participating in the special stray vacancy filling allotment. Those candidates who are included in the list of allotted candidates, shared by the MCC after the Special Stray round AIQ Counseling, will not be considered in the special stray vacancy filling allotment, even if they register options. Since the final phase of Ayush allotment has ended, the same restriction applies to candidates admitted to Ayush and Medical Allied courses for applying for BDS courses. However, Ayush and Medical Allied candidates may participate in the BDS Special Stray Vacancy Allotment after obtaining Transfer Certificate.

Based on options received, Final Allotment will be published on 24.12.2025. Those who get allotment to MBBS/BDS courses should remit the fee shown in allotment memo and take admission in the college during 26.12.2025 and 4 pm on 28.12.2025. Seat received through special stray vacancy allotment cannot be changed. Vacancies, if any, existing after special stray vacancy filling will be filled immediately through Second Phase Special Stray Vacancy Filling considering options registered in this phase.

The registration fee of those candidates, who get an allotment in Government Colleges through Special Stray Vacancy allotment, will be carried over to Tuition Fee. The registration fee of these candidates, who get an allotment in Private Self-financing colleges will be refunded to candidates after closing date of admission, provided the candidate has taken admission. Registration fee of those candidates who will not get any allotment will be refunded. The registration fee of those candidates who do not join within the stipulated time after getting an allotment and those candidates who quit seats after taking admission, will be considered as penalty and will not be refunded. Such students will also be penalized as per KEAM Prospectus clause 12.2.4. Candidates who file unnecessary options, but do not take admission on allotment to the Course/College during this phase, resulting in Government seats and Management seats allotted by the CEE to lapse, will be penalized. They will be liable to pay penalty of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs Only) for MBBS course, Rs. 5,00,000/- (Rupees five lakh only) for BDS course irrespective of annual family income/nativity/reservation status. Their candidature is also liable to be cancelled. They will also be debarred from appearing the Entrance Examinations and/or allotments conducted by the CEE for a period not exceeding two years. In case of failure to remit the penalty, the same is liable to be recovered under the Revenue Recovery Act.
