Candidates can now challenge the CSIR UGC NET 2025 answer key online until August 3

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has displayed the Provisional Answer Keys with recorded responses for the 'Answer Key Challenge' of the Joint CSIR-UGC NET Examination, June 2025.
NTA conducted the joint CSIR-UGC NET Examination in June 2025 on 28th July 2025 in 416 examination centres located in 218 cities across the country for 1,95,241 candidates in the Computer Based Test (CBT) mode.
The provisional answer key with the recorded responses of candidates has been uploaded at https://csirnet.nta.ac.in/ for inviting online challenges, if any, to the provisional answer key of any question.
The procedure for challenging the answer key is given as Annexure-I to the Notification at the website.
Candidates who are not satisfied with the answer key may challenge the same by paying a fee of Rs. 200/- per question challenged as a non-refundable processing fee.
The Answer Key Challenge can be made up until 11.50 pm on 03.08.2025.
The payment of the processing fee may be done using a credit card/debit card/net banking/UPI by 11.50 pm on 03.08.2025. Challenges will not be entertained without receipt of the processing fee.
Challenges made by the candidates will be verified by a panel of subject experts. The key finalized by the experts after the challenge will be final.
If the challenges of any candidate are found correct, the answer key will be revised and applied in the responses of all the candidates accordingly.
Based on the Final Answer Key, the result will be prepared and declared.
Candidates will not be informed individually about the acceptance/non-acceptance of his/her challenge.
