CEE Kerala has released the third phase allotment for MBBS and BDS courses for the 2025–26 academic year. Candidates must report to their allotted colleges by November 8.

Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE) Kerala, Thiruvananthapuram-695 001, has published the third phase allotment to MBBS/BDS Courses to the State quota seats in Government and Private Self-financing colleges in the state of Kerala for the academic year 2025-26 at www.cee.kerala.gov.in.
The allotment has been published after weeding out AIQ Joined candidates and after addressing the valid complaints received against the provisional allotment list published on 30.10.2025.
The allotted candidates can take a printout of the allotment memo from the candidate portal.
The details of allotment of a candidate, such as Name, Roll Number, Allotted Course, Allotted College, Category of Allotment, Fee details, etc., will be available on the home page of the candidate as well as in the Allotment Memo.
Candidates who have an allotment can also download the ‘Data Sheet’ containing the basic details of the candidates by clicking the menu ‘Data Sheet’ available on the home page of the candidate. The printout of this Data Sheet is also to be produced before the college authorities at the time of admission.
Candidates who have an allotment should remit the fees as shown in the allotment memo and should join the Course/College by 4 pm on 08.11.2025. Candidates who have received an allotment afresh should remit the fee to be paid to the CEE as specified in the allotment memo within this time limit and should join the course/college allotted within the time specified with all documents mentioned in the allotment memo and as per clause 11.7.1 of the Prospectus. Candidates allotted under SC/ST/OEC/other categories mentioned in the Notification are exempted from paying the fee. However, if such candidates are allotted under the Minority/NRI quota seats in Self-Financing Medical/Dental colleges, they will have to remit the fee as shown in the allotment memo, and they will not be eligible for any fee concession.
If the fee already paid to the CEE in the previous allotment is higher than the fees of this allotment, the excess amount will be refunded after the closure of the Centralised Allotment Process for all the courses.
Those candidates who do not join the course/college allotted within the stipulated time will lose their allotment as well as all the existing higher options in the stream to which the allotment belongs. Liquidated damages will also be applicable as per KEAM 2025 Prospectus clause 12.2.4(a)(ii).
The category claims of those candidates who have been provisionally allotted as per interim court orders or due to pending verification of KIRTADS are subject to the final judgment of the honourable court /final verification result of KIRTADS.
If any vacancy exists in MBBS/BDS courses after the third phase allotment, it will be filled through Stray Vacancy Allotment, considering the options registered afresh for the stray vacancy allotment.
There will be fresh option registration for stray vacancy allotment for MBBS & BDS Courses. However, Candidates (i) who joined the allotted seat in the third phase allotment or who are continuing in admission (ii) who have been allotted seats in the third phase (iii) who exited the seat after 5 pm on 28.10.2025 (iv) joined/holding a seat in the All India quota at the time of stray vacancy allotment as per the data shared by the central authorities are not eligible for participating in the stray vacancy allotment.
