The results of the Lower Secondary Scholarship (LSS) and Upper Secondary Scholarship (USS) examinations for 2025 were released by the Kerala Pareeksha Bhavan on May 14. A total of 69,162 students have been declared eligible for scholarships across the state.
According to the General Education Department, 28.02% of the 1,08,421 students who appeared for the LSS exam cleared it, with 30,380 students qualifying. Meanwhile, 42.55% of the 91,151 students who sat for the USS exam passed, with 38,782 students making the cut.
Additionally, 1,640 students across Kerala were selected for the Gifted Children Programme, which recognises exceptional academic performance.

Candidates who took the scholarship exams can now access their results by visiting the official website, bpekerala.in. The website has a dedicated results section where students can check their marks by entering their registration number and date of birth.
Steps to download the Kerala LSS, USS result 2025:
- Visit bpekerala.in
- Go to the ‘Results’ section
- Choose the relevant exam – LSS or USS
- Enter your registration number and date of birth
- Click ‘Submit’ to view the scorecard
- Download or print the result for future use

Scholarship eligibility and cut-off marks
The LSS exam had a maximum score of 80, while the USS exam was marked out of 90. The cut-off scores for eligibility were:
- LSS: 48 marks
- USS: 63 marks
Students who meet or exceed these cut-offs are entitled to financial aid and certificates of merit.
Document submission and revaluation deadlines
Qualified candidates must submit necessary documents—including income certificates and school verification records—to their respective institutions by June 15, 2025. These are vital for processing scholarship disbursements.
Students who are dissatisfied with their results can apply for revaluation on the official website until May 31, 2025. Updates related to verification and fund release schedules will also be posted on the portal.
