The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Kozhikode has officially released the CAT 2025 scorecards on the official website iimcat.ac.in, allowing lakhs of MBA aspirants to check and download their results. 

Candidates can access their CAT 2025 result PDF by logging into the CAT portal using their registered user ID and password. The scorecard is available exclusively online and will not be sent via post or email, making it essential for candidates to download and store it safely.

The CAT 2025 scorecard includes:

  1. Candidate’s name, registration number, and category

Since CAT 2025 was conducted in multiple slots, IIMs have applied a score normalisation process to ensure fairness across varying difficulty levels before final percentiles were calculated.

 

What Happens After CAT 2025 Results

CAT 2025 scores will be used by all 21 IIMs and several leading non-IIM institutes, including FMS Delhi, SPJIMR Mumbai, MDI Gurgaon, and IIT business schools, for admissions to MBA and other postgraduate management programmes.

Each institute will announce its own sectional and overall cut-offs, which may vary by category. Apart from CAT performance, factors such as academic record, work experience, and diversity criteria may also be considered during shortlisting.

Candidates meeting the cut-off criteria will be called for the next selection stages, which typically include Written Ability Test (WAT), Group Discussion or Group Exercise, and Personal Interview. These rounds are expected to take place between January and April 2026.
