Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (RCF Ltd) a Navratna company in the business of manufacturing and marketing fertilizers and industrial chemicals, with the manufacturing units in Maharashtra (at Thal- Dist. Raigad and at Trombay-Chembur, Mumbai), has invited applications for the post of Senior Engineer (Chemical) E2 Grade and Manager (Chemical) E4 Grade.

There are 5 vacancies under each position.

Eligibility

Senior Engineer (Chemical) E2 Grade and Manager (Chemical) E4 Grade: Applicants should be Regular and full time 4 years B.E./B.Tech. engineering graduate in chemical engineering/chemical technology/petrochemical engineering/petrochemical technology or 3 years regular and full-time B.E./B.Tech. engineering graduate in chemical engineering/chemical technology/petrochemical engineering/petrochemical technology, acquired after 3 years regular and full-time Diploma in Engineering or regular and full-time dual/integrated degree holder in chemical engineering/chemical technology/petrochemical engineering/petrochemical technology. All the above qualifications are to be from a UGC/AICTE-recognized university/institution.

The applicant should have secured a minimum of 60% aggregate in the final year of engineering graduation (55% for SC category candidates).

Maximum Age

The upper age limit as of 01.11.2025 for the UR category is 36 years. It is 41 years for the SC category and 39 years for the OBC(NCL) category.

Post Qualification Inline Experience as of 01.11.2025: (i) For the post of Senior Engineer (Chemical), E2 Grade—minimum 4 years of post-qualification experience in the fertilizer industry, having ammonia or ammonia plant(s) integrated with urea plant(s). Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in (i) Ammonia Plant (ii) Manager (Chemical) E4 Grade—Minimum 12 years of post-qualification experience in the fertilizer industry, having ammonia or ammonia plant(s) integrated with urea plant(s). Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in an ammonia plant and/or a urea plant.

The cut-off date for determining eligibility criteria in respect of minimum educational qualification and age shall be 01.11.2025.
