The English and Foreign Languages University (EFLU), Hyderabad has invited applications for admission to the one- year Post-Graduate Certificate in the Teaching of English 2022-23, to be conducted in distance mode.
Eligibility: Applicant should hold MA in English or in an allied subject (Linguistics, Education, Mass Communication, Psychology or Critical Humanities/Liberal Arts).

Courses offered on the programme (all compulsory) are (i) Phonetics and Spoken English (ii) Methods of Teaching English (iii) Introduction to Linguistics (iv) Modern English grammar and Usage (v) Interpretation of Literature (vi) Materials for the Teaching of English and (vii) Practice Teaching. Application fee is Rs. 550/- (Rs.275/- for SC/ST) and the Program fee isi.e.Rs.6270/- (Rs.3795/- for SC/ST). The fee can be remitted online or by way of DD as per the instructions given in the Notification.
