Gautam Adani confirms wedding date of son Jeet Adani; Details revealed

The wedding date of Jeet Adani, the youngest son of billionaire industrialist Gautam Adani, has been set. The much-anticipated event will take place on 7 February 2025, in Ahmedabad, with pre-wedding celebrations expected to start two days prior, on February 5.

Speaking to the media during his visit to the Maha Kumbh in Prayagraj on January 21, Gautam Adani confirmed the wedding date and shared details about the celebration. Despite the global attention surrounding the event, Mr. Adani emphasised that the ceremony would be a simple and traditional affair. "We are like common people. Jeet came here to take Ma Ganga's blessings. His marriage will happen in a simple and traditional way," he said.

The announcement of Jeet Adani's wedding has captured the attention of many across the globe, with social media speculating about the guest list. Various outlets have suggested that the wedding could feature high-profile celebrities, including Taylor Swift, Elon Musk, Bill Gates, Mark Zuckerberg, Daniel Craig, and even the Pope. When questioned about the extravagant claims of a "Maha Kumbh of celebrities," Gautam Adani quickly dismissed them, stating, "Definitely not."

While reports claim that the wedding will host no more than 300 guests, this number has yet to be officially confirmed. The couple, who got engaged in March 2023, are expected to keep their ceremony intimate, focusing on family and close friends.

Jeet Adani: The young business leader

Jeet Adani, 27, has made a name for himself within the Adani Group, where he currently serves as Director at Adani Airports. The company oversees six airports across India, and Jeet has been an integral part of its operations since joining in 2019. He holds a degree from the University of Pennsylvania's School of Engineering and Applied Sciences and is reportedly learning to become a pilot. His elder brother, Karan Adani, heads Adani Ports and is married to Paridhi Adani.

Jeet’s fiancée, Diva Jaimin Shah, comes from a prominent family. Her father, Jaimin Shah, is a well-known diamond trader. However, the Shah family is known for maintaining a low public profile, with little information available about Diva beyond her business background.
