Salman Khan, Sajid Nadiadwala join forces for 'Kick' Sequel

Mumbai: Superstar Salman Khan and filmmaker Sajid Nadiadwala announced on Friday that they are making a sequel to their hit 2014 movie Kick.
The pair is currently working on a new project titled Sikandar, which is being directed by A R Murugadoss and produced by Nadiadwala’s company, Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment. The news about Kick 2 was shared on Instagram, along with a photo of Khan from the sets of Sikandar.

The original Kick, a comedy-action film, marked Nadiadwala's debut as a director and became one of the biggest hits of 2014. It was also Khan's first film to cross the Rs 200 crore mark at the box office. The movie featured Jacqueline Fernandez, Randeep Hooda, and Nawazuddin Siddiqui and was an official remake of the 2009 Telugu film starring Ravi Teja.
In Sikandar, Khan reprises the lead role, and the film is set to hit theaters on Eid 2025. It will also star Rashmika Mandanna, Sathyaraj, Prateik Babbar, and Kajal Aggarwal.
