Ola Electric to revolutionise vehicle servicing with same-day guarantee expansion

Bengaluru: Ola Electric on Tuesday announced a major expansion of its Hyperservice initiative with the launch of dedicated service centres offering a same-day service guarantee at no additional cost to eligible customers.

As part of the expansion, the electric vehicle manufacturer will progressively upgrade its existing service facilities into Hyperservice Centres, beginning with Bengaluru. The first such centre is now operational at Indiranagar, the company said in a statement.

Designed to significantly simplify and accelerate the servicing process, the Hyperservice Centre enables customers to have their vehicles serviced on the same day without paying extra. Ola Electric said the initiative also offers a fully digital and transparent service experience from booking to delivery.

“As part of the ongoing service upgrade, we are reimagining many of the fundamental aspects of the service experience. We see it as a core part of Ola ownership, and it needs the same level of innovation as the product itself,” a company spokesperson said.

With the launch of Hyperservice Centres, Ola Electric aims to set a new industry benchmark by providing a same-day service guarantee at no additional cost, the spokesperson added. “This is about using technology, process redesign and scale to remove friction and give every Ola customer a faster, simpler and more transparent service experience,” the spokesperson said.

Following the Bengaluru rollout, Ola Electric plans to rapidly upgrade select service centres into Hyperservice Centres across India in the coming weeks, strengthening its nationwide service infrastructure.

The company has also announced the expansion of Hyperservice into an open platform, making genuine Ola spare parts, diagnostic tools and service training modules available not only to Ola customers but also to independent garages, mechanics and fleet operators nationwide.

In addition, Ola Electric has rolled out its in-app service appointment feature across India, aimed at improving accessibility and convenience for customers seeking vehicle servicing and support.
