Nothing has confirmed that it is almost ready to open its first physical retail store in India, marking a major milestone for the London-based consumer technology brand. Through a press statement and posts shared on its social media channels, the company described the upcoming outlet as its “first global flagship store”, although it stopped short of announcing the exact launch date or city.

The Indian flagship was first revealed in September and was earlier expected to begin operations by the end of 2025. While the timeline now appears to be nearing completion, Nothing has still not disclosed where the store will be located.

Once it opens, the India outlet will become Nothing’s second flagship worldwide. The brand currently runs just one such store, Nothing Store Soho in London, which opened in 2022.

Teasing the development, Nothing India posted on X (formerly Twitter): “Objects in this post will be closer than they appear. Flagship store. Opening soon.”

Beyond the teaser, the company has shared only broad details about what visitors can expect. Nothing says the new store will act as a “space where technology, innovation, and thoughtful design come together, this flagship store will offer a deeper, more immersive way to experience our products, design and more”. The concept mirrors the kind of experience-driven retail spaces popularised by companies such as Apple, OnePlus and Samsung.

Despite being a relatively young brand, Nothing has grown quickly and is now making India a central part of its global strategy.

Backing that message, Nothing co-founder and India president Akis Evangelidis also took to X, writing, “A long time in the making. We’re about to open our first flagship store in India - one of a kind. Can’t wait, let’s go!”

India has become a priority market for Nothing, with the company increasing its investments and shifting the entire CMF operation to the country. CMF, Nothing’s sub-brand focused on affordable devices, now runs its global business from India, which is the world’s fastest-growing smartphone market.

Notably, the flagship store announcement came just one day before CMF launched its first product launch of 2026, the CMF Headphone Pro, further underlining how central India has become to Nothing’s future plans.
