Realme 16 Pro 5G Harry Potter Edition brings Hogwarts magic to smartphones with colour-changing technology, themed software and a limited-edition collector's box.

Realme has expanded its collaboration with Warner Bros. with the launch of the Realme 16 Pro 5G Harry Potter Edition, a special-edition smartphone inspired by the wizarding world of Hogwarts. The device combines a Harry Potter-themed design with customised software, colour-changing technology and a collection of exclusive accessories aimed at fans of the film franchise.

The limited-edition smartphone features a Hogwarts-inspired brown finish, a leather-textured back panel and a camera module inspired by Harry Potter's owl, Hedwig. It also introduces Quadra Light-sensing colour-changing technology, which reveals the distinctive colours of all four Hogwarts houses under ultraviolet light.

Alongside the smartphone, Realme has launched the Buds T500 Pro Harry Potter Edition, extending the Hogwarts-inspired design to its audio accessories.

The Realme 16 Pro 5G Harry Potter Edition features a brown finish with a 3D diamond-pattern leather texture inspired by the chessboard associated with the wizarding world.

The camera module takes inspiration from Hedwig and is crafted from aluminium alloy with a premium finish. The metallic mid-frame carries a laser-engraved Welcome To Hogwarts inscription, adding to the themed design.

One of the smartphone's distinctive features is its Quadra Light-sensing colour-changing technology. The back panel incorporates the crests of Gryffindor, Ravenclaw, Hufflepuff and Slytherin, which reveal their respective house colours when exposed to ultraviolet light.

Realme describes the technology as the world's first of its kind, designed to transform the appearance of the Hogwarts crests under UV exposure.

The smartphone packs a 7,000mAh Titan battery with 80W Ultra Charge support. It also supports reverse charging and bypass charging, which is designed to reduce heat during gaming.

Realme claims the battery can deliver up to 22 hours of YouTube playback, 16.6 hours of WhatsApp usage and 10.6 hours of gaming. The company also claims a six-year battery health lifespan.
