Youth in Tirupati develop Godhaar app assigning unique digital identities to cows and buffaloes using AI.

In a quiet corner of Andhra Pradesh’s Tirupati district, a group of young entrepreneurs is making waves with an innovative app called Godhaar.
Inspired by India’s Aadhaar system, Godhaar assigns a unique digital identity to every cow and buffalo—using AI to scan muscle patterns, much like human fingerprints.
The brain behind the idea, Koteshwar Rao, says the team has already presented the project to the Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister and key ministries—and the response has been overwhelmingly positive.
