Ahead of the 2025 Asia Cup, Adidas is offering an 80% discount on official Indian cricket jerseys, including the “FW24 India Cricket T20 International” and the women’s 2025 Test jersey, both now priced at ₹1,199 (down from ₹5,999) on Adidas’ official website. Notably, the jerseys still feature Dream11 as the teams’ title sponsors.

For the unversed, discount comes amid a sponsorship shake-up, as Dream11 has reportedly withdrawn as the Indian team’s title sponsor, following the introduction of a new Indian law banning fantasy sports and gambling platforms. While no official statements have been made by Dream11 or the BCCI, the jerseys still feature Dream11 branding. Meanwhile, international cricket returns for India on September 10, when the Suryakumar Yadav-led team kicks off its Asia Cup campaign in the UAE, with a highly anticipated match against Pakistan on September 14 in Dubai.

Amit Mishra weighs in on India-Pakistan clash amid post-Pahalgam tensions

Veteran leg-spinner Amit Mishra is the latest to join the ongoing debate over whether India should face Pakistan in the upcoming Asia Cup 2025, following the terror attack in Pahalgam that claimed 26 lives in April. The attack led to heightened tensions between the two nations and triggered Operation Sindoor, India’s military response targeting terror bases across the border. In the aftermath, India Champions refused to play Pakistan Champions in the World Championship of Legends, citing national sentiment. Amid public calls for a boycott of the upcoming match, Mishra took a measured stance, stating that any decision taken would be in the interest of the country, highlighting the emotional bond players share with their nation. With the high-octane clash on the horizon, it remains under intense public and political scrutiny.
