Do you know the prize money Vidarbha will receive from the BCCI? In April 2023, the BCCI had announced a huge hike in prize money for all domestic tournaments. As per the revised structure, the 2024-25 Ranji Trophy winners Vidarbha will receive a whopping Rs 5 crore.

Meanwhile, runners-up Kerala will be awarded Rs 3 crore. While the BCCI had increased the prize money for men's tournaments by 60% to 300%, the prize money for women's tournaments saw a hike of over 700% in 2023.

Vidarbha emerged as the Ranji Trophy champions in the final held at the VCA Stadium, although the match ended in a draw. Vidarbha lifted the trophy by virtue of their 37-run first-innings lead against Kerala, marking Vidarbha's third Ranji Trophy title.
