Kolkata: India have retained the same line-up that secured a 72-run win over Zimbabwe as captain Suryakumar Yadav chose to field first in their T20 World Cup Super 8 match against the West Indies at Eden Gardens.

The West Indies made a single change, bringing in all-rounder and spinner Akeal Hosein in place of opener Brandon King. Hosein offers the visitors an extra bowling option while also capable with the bat.

Both sides entered the Super 8 stage unbeaten but have since won and lost one game each. They suffered heavy defeats against South Africa in Ahmedabad but kept their semi-final ambitions alive with convincing victories over Zimbabwe. Interestingly, both teams have previously posted totals of over 250 against the Chevrons.
