HiLITE Group is building malls in various parts of the state with the aim of providing the experience available at international shopping festivals in Kerala. HiLITE Group is implementing new projects by categorizing them into large cities, medium-sized cities, and small towns. As part of this, HiLITE Malls now stand tall in the cities of Kozhikode and Thrissur.

As a continuation of this, commercial buildings named HiLITE Centre are being constructed in medium-sized cities in Kerala. The HiLITE Countryside Malls, starting in small towns, will be realized in the heart of the fast-developing Chemmad in Malappuram district. HiLITE Olympus is a world-class residential project rising in HiLITE City. Following the massive success of HiLITE Olympus, HiLITE Group is constructing a new residential tower, HiLITE Olympus 2. Olympus is a mega-project that stands out from other building complexes in the country with its many unique features. Olympus Phase 2 is designed to rival this project. It will have 412 apartments ranging from 934 square feet to 2,733 square feet across 32 floors. Upon completion of the tower, the Olympus mega project will have 938 apartments in two towers, spanning 2,262,639 square feet.

Palaxi Cinemas
Palaxi Cinemas was the first to introduce the EPIQ system, which offers an excellent screen and sound experience, in Kerala. Palaxi has been providing a magical experience that Malayalis have never seen before. Through EPIQ, the premium large format of PVR INOX, a leader in India's entertainment sector, is brought before cinema lovers. Palaxi is a theatre complex comprising eight screens. Hug A Mug
The brand Hug A Mug offers customers a world-class cafe experience. The 24-hour Hug A Mug in HiLITE City was embraced by the youth in a very short period.
