US: A video of President Donald Trump’s new Presidential Wall of Fame at the White House has gone viral after it emerged that the 79-year-old replaced the photo of his predecessor, Joe Biden, with an image of an autopen signature.

The Presidential Walk of Fame, located along a walkway outside the West Wing near the Rose Garden, features black-and-white portraits of Trump and previous presidents, the president told 'The Daily Caller'.

In the video, portraits of all presidents are displayed, but Biden’s image has been replaced with the autopen, a mechanical device that replicates a person’s signature.

Social media users reacted swiftly. “First look at President Trump’s new Presidential Wall of Fame at the White House….Biden’s portrait is actually an autopen. He wasn’t lying,” tweeted Benny Johnson, attaching the clip.

Another user added, “President Trump has now put up Biden's AUTOPEN SIGNATURE on the Presidential Walk of Fame with all of the presidential portraits.”

The “Biden autopen controversy” centres on Republican-led claims that the former president used an autopen to sign official documents, including pardons and executive orders, potentially allowing staff to make decisions in his name without his full awareness. The issue gained attention in early 2025 after Trump declared in a Truth Social post that Biden’s January 6 committee pardons were “VOID, VACANT, AND OF NO FURTHER FORCE OF EFFECT” due to the use of the autopen, asserting it showed Biden was unaware of what he was signing.
