Bohodukhiv is located in Ukraine’s Kharkiv region, where Russian forces have recently intensified attacks, particularly targeting transport and energy infrastructure.

The strike comes as Ukrainian and Russian officials continue US-mediated talks in Abu Dhabi aimed at ending Moscow’s four-year invasion of Ukraine. While the two sides carried out a prisoner exchange last week, prospects for a broader peace agreement remain uncertain.
