Ras Al Khaimah: The police here have announced the deployment of smart vehicles to assess the driving skills and performance of new drivers. Lieutenant Colonel Hassan Al Zaabi, Deputy Director of Licensing and Supervision, explained that this new initiative aims to make the driving test process more efficient.
