He went on to claim that “the liberation of Balochistan from Pakistani occupation” would significantly weaken Pakistan’s alleged ability to export terrorism, thereby reducing threats to Israel and international security.

Quetta: Baloch human rights activist Mir Yar Baloch has written to Israeli Foreign Minister Gideon Sa’ar, warning that Pakistan’s alleged support for Hamas and its strategic alignment with Iran’s revolutionary axis pose a wider threat to regional and global stability.
In his letter, Mir Yar Baloch argued that Israel’s security challenges, ranging from terrorist attacks to proxy conflicts, are linked to a broader network of state-backed extremism operating across the Middle East and South Asia. He claimed this alignment fuels cycles of violence that extend well beyond individual conflict zones.

Addressing the Israeli Foreign Minister, he wrote, “On behalf of the six crore patriotic citizens of the Republic of Balochistan, we extend sincere greetings of the New Year 2026 and respect to the people and leadership of the State of Israel, along with wishes for enduring peace, security, and prosperity.”
He further stated, “The Republic of Balochistan recognises the strategic realities facing Israel amid ongoing regional volatility. We acknowledge Pakistan’s long-standing political, ideological, and operational support for extremist networks such as Hamas and its strategic alignment with the Islamic Republic of Iran dynamics that have fueled conflict, destabilised multiple regions, and directly threaten both Israeli and broader international security interests.”
Mir Yar Baloch also maintained that any future political change in Iran would remain fragile unless what he termed “internal colonialism” was addressed. “Iran’s continued political and military domination over non-Persian nations, particularly Balochistan, Kurdistan, and Al-Ahwaz, serves as a persistent source of grievance, unrest, and regional interventionism,” he wrote, adding that these communities face systemic denial of rights, self-determination and political representation.
He went on to claim that “the liberation of Balochistan from Pakistani occupation” would significantly weaken Pakistan’s alleged ability to export terrorism, thereby reducing threats to Israel and international security.
Mir Yar Baloch also highlighted potential strategic benefits, saying, “Additionally, a free Balochistan would offer strategic sea access and secure economic pathways for regional commerce extending from the Arabian Sea to Central Asia and beyond, an opportunity that could align with Israel’s broader interests in secure trade corridors, energy transit routes, and diversified geopolitical partnerships.”
