New Delhi: Gold prices in India continued their upward trend on April 11, supported by firm global demand and persistent inflationary pressures.

The price of 24K gold (999 purity) stands at Rs 15,236 per gram, while 22K gold is priced at Rs 13,966 per gram.

Market experts attribute the rise to a combination of international gold prices, fluctuations in the US dollar, and sustained domestic demand, especially with the festive and wedding season approaching. These factors continue to drive volatility in bullion markets across the country.
