Why gold prices are fluctuating
Analysts say gold prices are currently being influenced by several international and domestic factors including global economic uncertainty, inflationary pressures, central bank policies, US dollar movement and increased safe-haven demand.
Domestic factors such as wedding season purchases, festive demand and investment buying are also contributing to price fluctuations in the Indian bullion market.
Despite recent corrections from January’s all-time highs, gold continues to remain one of the preferred investment assets amid uncertain global economic conditions.
