Kozhikode: A young doctor was found dead inside the apartment of her friend here on Wednesday. The deceased, Thansiya, 25, was a postgraduate student at Malabar Medical College in Kozhikode. She hailed from Kaniyampatta in Wayanad.

She was found dead at around 10 am on Wednesday in an apartment in Palazhi here.

The body was shifted to Kozhikode Government Medical College Hospital. Police said Thansiya was under treatment for epilepsy.
