Thiruvananthapuram: The water authority cash counters which had stopped functioning following the COVID lockdown will resume from Wednesday onwards. The counters will be open from 10 am to 3 pm.
Consumers can arrive at the counters to pay water bill strictly following the lockdown norms. They have to wear masks and maintain social distancing while queuing up. Hand wash and sanitizer will be available at the counters.
In order to pay water bill via online, the consumers can follow the link https://epay.kwa.kerala.gov.in/. While paying water bill via online, consumers will get a discount of upto one percent of the bill amount (maximum Rs 100 per one bill). The Water Authority informed that all bills exceeding Rs 2000 should be paid via online.
