Malayali students from Lovely Professional University will fly from Delhi to Thiruvananthapuram on Monday night after Kerala Chief Minister V. D. Satheesan intervened to arrange their return.

Delhi: Malayali female students who reached Delhi after the conflict situation at Lovely Professional University in Punjab will travel to Thiruvananthapuram by flight on Monday night following intervention by Kerala Chief Minister V. D. Satheesan.
The students reached Delhi railway station after leaving Punjab amid the situation at Lovely Professional University. They were taken from the railway station to Delhi airport in vehicles arranged by Kerala House.
Arrangements for their onward flight to Thiruvananthapuram were completed following intervention by Chief Minister V. D. Satheesan.
As directed by the Chief Minister, the state protocol wing and Kerala House coordinated the students’ travel arrangements. Kerala House officials were also present to provide the necessary assistance at Delhi airport.
The required procedures for the flight were completed, allowing the students to travel to Thiruvananthapuram on Monday night.
The students are expected to reach Thiruvananthapuram later on Monday night. The arrangements were made after they reached Delhi from Punjab amid the conflict situation at the university.
