Palakkad: A wild boar created commotion when it unexpectedly leaped into a moving auto rickshaw, resulting in the vehicle overturning twice as the driver lost control.

Shamsuddin (58), a Nenmara resident who was driving the auto-rickshaw, along with Kumari (45), the passenger en route to Thrissur Medical College for tests, sustained injuries in the incident.

The incident occurred on Tuesday at 5:30 am on the National Highway, Chuvattupadam. The injured were rushed to Thrissur Medical College for treatment.
