Kozhikode: Passengers in a KSRTC superfast Swift bus, travelling from Bengaluru to Kozhikode, were ‘treated’ to the sight of a tiger devouring its prey on the middle of the road, in the midst of the Bandipur jungle.
Spotting the big cat from a distance, the bus driver slowed down the vehicle considerably. Unperturbed by the ‘disturbance’, the tiger calmly moved to the side of the road, dragging its prey alongside, making way for the bus.
Meanwhile, bus passengers relished the sight, and were found clicking photographs and recording videos. A few of them could be heard greeting the tiger, by saying ‘Hello’, in the video that has come out.
The video of the incident has been shared in a Facebook page called ‘KSRTC Kozhikode’.
