
Alappuzha: Former Bharath Dharma Jana Sena (BDJS) state general secretary Subash Vasu has been removed from the post of chairperson of Spices Board of India. Central government has issued an order in this regard.
Subash was earlier ousted from the party for his alleged anti-organisation activities.
BDJS had demanded BJP national leadership to remove him from the chairman post of Spices Board.
BDJS state president Thushar Vellappally said that party state general secretary AG Thankappan will be recommended to the post.
However, Subash had claimed that he has resigned from the chairperson post.
