Kozhikode: A SpiceJet flight from Karipur to Dubai was cancelled without prior warning on Monday, leaving several passengers in difficulty. Officials said the affected passengers will be refunded their ticket charges.

The flight was scheduled to depart from Kozhikode at 6:40 pm on August 17. However, it did not take off as scheduled.

Passengers complained that they were not informed about the cancellation in advance and were left waiting at the airport. They also said that no rooms or other accommodation facilities were arranged for them during the delay.

According to reports, the Dubai-Karipur flight did not take off from Dubai as scheduled, resulting in the cancellation of the Karipur-Dubai flight.

Officials said the ticket charges will be refunded to passengers affected by the cancellation.
