Kerala lottery prize claim process

Prize winners must submit their claims within 30 days from the draw date. Claims submitted after this period will not be entertained.

  • Passport-size photograph attested by a Gazetted Officer
  • Self-attested copy of PAN card (mandatory for tax purposes)
  • Valid identity and address proof (Aadhaar, Voter ID, Ration Card or PAN card)
