Kozhikode CREDAI chief K.G. Subhash dies in Vietnam after collapsing at hotel.

Kozhikode: K.G. Subhash (59), a prominent builder and president of the Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India (CREDAI), Kozhikode, passed away while in Vietnam. He had travelled with his family after attending the CREDAI national meet in Singapore. Subhash collapsed on Sunday while checking into a hotel. Though he was rushed to hospital, doctors were unable to save him.
Subhash served as the managing director of Good Earth and as director of the Flamingo Restaurant Group. He was widely recognised as a leading figure in the real estate sector.
He is survived by his wife, Dr. Raina Subhash, and children Varun Subhash and Aman Subhash. His siblings are Prakash and Vikas, while his late father was K. Govindan and his mother Shanta.
