Kozhikode: Eighteen individuals suffered injuries after a private bus lost control and collided with a tree here on Saturday. 

The incident took place at Thazhe Panthrandu (12th Mile) in Chathamangalam. 

The bus, travelling from Mukkam to Kozhikode, met with the accident around 3:30 p.m.. The injured are rushed to a private hospital in Mukkam. More details awaited.
