An investigation by the Factories and Boilers Department is underway to determine the cause of the incident.

Kasargod: One person died and 10 others sustained injuries after a boiler explosion at a plywood factory in Kumbla on Monday night, police reported.
The victim, identified as Naseerul, worked at the Decor Panel Plywood Factory located in the Ananthapuram Industrial Estate, according to a police official.
The blast took place around 7 pm with a loud bang, prompting local residents to rush to the scene and assist in transporting the injured to nearby hospitals.
Police confirmed that Naseerul, who was from Assam, died from his injuries, while two other employees remain in critical condition.
An investigation into the incident is underway. Authorities from the Factories and Boilers Department are set to conduct a detailed inquiry to ascertain the cause of the explosion, police added.
