Thiruvananthapuram: The Thiruvananthapuram Cantonment police arrested a notorious thief who is booked in over 200 robbery cases. The accused is identified as Tamil Nadu native Vincent John (63). 

The police nabbed him from Kollam during the probe into a laptop robbery at a five-star hotel in Thiruvananthapuram.

“Over 200 cases are registered against Vincent in various police stations across the state. He used to operate the crime by staying at five-star hotels,” informed the police.

It was on Saturday, the cantonment police received a complaint related to the laptop robbery at a hotel here. After examining the CCTV visuals, police identified the accused as the notorious thief Vincent. Later police traced his location with the help of Cyber Cell and nabbed him from Kollam railway station.
