Kochi: Anjali Reema Dev, the third accused in the No 18 POCSO case will appear before the investigation team for questioning on Wednesday or Thursday.

Addressing the media here after appearing before the POCSO court in Kochi on Wednesday, she opened up about her plans to appear for the interrogation.

"The truth will always prevail. I cannot share more details as the case is before the court," she said while addressing the media.

Meanwhile, the investigation team has filed a notice to remand her in custody for questioning. 

Earlier, High Court has granted anticipatory bail to Anjali in the case. She appeared before the court on Wednesday to complete this bail procedure.

At the same time, the investigation team had sent a notice to Anjali asking her to appear for an interrogation. However, she didn't accept the notice. Anjali appeared before the court as the officials were planning to paste the notice at her residence.
