Supplyco has taken a swipe at the Centre over the NEET-UG 2026 controversy, using a tongue-in-cheek advertisement that has quickly gone viral even as protests over the examination irregularities continue across the country.

The Kerala state-run retailer's latest advertisement for its packaged products carries the Malayalam tagline, "നിലവാരത്തിൽ നീറ്റ് ലീക്കില്ലാത്ത പാക്ക്" (a quality and neat pack with no leak), an apparent dig at the paper leak that triggered nationwide outrage and student protests.

Meanwhile, the Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) announced that the Centre had agreed to hold talks at a neutral venue, the Constitution Club of India, over the students' demands.

Meanwhile, activist Sonam Wangchuk ended his 26-day hunger strike at Medanta Hospital after meeting Union Ministers JP Nadda and Jitendra Singh. The CJP said discussions would continue on its four principal demands, including the resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, compensation for families affected by the alleged NEET paper leak, withdrawal of FIRs against peaceful protesters and wider examination reforms.

CJP leaders welcomed the government's willingness to negotiate at a neutral venue but maintained that their nationwide agitation would continue until their demands were addressed.

Activist Abhijeet Dipke thanked Wangchuk for ending his fast, while BJP MP Manoj Tiwari described the decision as a sign of confidence in the Modi government and highlighted the Centre's promise of stricter anti-paper leak legislation.

The CJP protest demonstrations continue, renewing calls for Pradhan's resignation over the NEET-UG 2026 irregularities, while Supplyco's satirical advertisement has sparked conversations on social media.
