Kottayam: NSS students of Kumarakom SN Arts and Science college distributed national flags at homes of 60 people as part of the 76th Independence day celebrations.

At the inaugural function, the flag was received by ward member V K Joshi from the principal Dr G P Sudhir.

The student representatives Sibin and Devananda led the flag distribution.

IQAC coordinator Rita Mol, Roshila K Pavithran and Dr Anita R participated at the event.

NSS programme officer Sathish Chandran organized the allied celebrations.
